Order Processing
Roar Afro Oz products are handcrafted in small batches in regional Victoria, Australia.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches, markets, public holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship throughout Australia.
Our shipping options are:
Standard Shipping – $11.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping – $15.00
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian orders of $100 or more.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, postal services, weather events, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please check your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the delivery.
Roar Afro Oz is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
International Shipping
Roar Afro Oz does not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable destinations, rates and conditions will be displayed at checkout.
