Natural Products, Storage & Skin Sensitivities

Roar Afro Oz products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, including oils, butters, tallow, botanicals and other naturally derived ingredients. As a result, variations in colour, scent, texture and consistency may occur between batches. These natural variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a fault with the product.

Products containing natural oils, butters and tallow may soften or melt in warmer temperatures and become firmer in cooler temperatures. This is a normal characteristic of these ingredients and does not affect the intended use of the product.

For best results, store products below 26°C, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. If a product softens or melts due to heat, allow it to return to a cooler temperature before use.

Individual sensitivities and allergies can vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient information provided before use, particularly where they have known allergies or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before first use of topical products. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Roar Afro Oz cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual or that an individual will not experience sensitivity to an ingredient.
